From booking over the phone, staying there and checking out I couldn’t ask for more. I was arriving very late from England and they helpfully had my cottage’s lights and telly on so I could identify it from the car park. The cottage was perfect…comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, spacious and clean. All the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. I was staying here whilst attending a rowing camp and the location couldn’t be better..100m from the boats! It is very quiet and full of friendly wildlife (birds). Also, incredibly well priced! Couldn’t ask for more.
Friendly staff, quiet environment for a peaceful vacation. The boat ride was exceptional, seeing bald eagle, alligators, unique birds, manatee and a wild boar. Wonderful place.
Beautiful rooms. Off the beaten path but well worth it. Quiet, scenic, somewhat secluded. Boat rentals available and lots of food options in area. Would stay again!
I was very pleased with my 4 nights stay. First time on a pontoon boat and the weather was perfect. Staff is very friendly & accommodations were relaxing. I would recommend this resort. I will be returning again to stay.
If you want a great nature get away this is a perfect spot. Nice rooms nice pool right on the riverside. No noise, none. Service is great. Relax 100% or rent a boat and go enjoy the wildlife and area. Beautiful in every way
Only, and I mean only change I would suggest is amp up the A/C in #4. Otherwise, we loved our restful and low key stay this past weekend! Large frig, microwave, full stove and coffee maker. The staff is outstanding!! Rare these days it seems. Service was on point! The room was very clean and comfortable! What a gem well hidden in FL?! Boat trailer parking, ramp on site and nice tall covered slip and fuel available and nice pool! In fact… ice, snacks, bait, etc… Well placed on the St. John’s River for fishing and exploring! Several manatees and lots of fowl observed . Would love to go gator spotting at night! I would definitely recommend this for those looking for a weekend (Or longer) getaway on the River! Gotta go to know!!!
Great for pontoon rentals! The staff were really nice and helpful in orienting us to the boat. The boat was well equipped and clean. The scenery was wonderful and it's a nice location to go to Blue Springs from via boat! Plenty of wildlife in the area and we had a blast! Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a getaway on the water for a couple of hours!
Stumbled upon this gem hidden just an hour away from Disney, I urge people too take a few days away from the Disney experience and come her for just the best quiet wildlife and chilled out experience Sat on the edge of the St John’s river it’s quite a special place
